an update, I am still trying to contact our host who we rent the server
from so far I have had no reply, I am not sure why not and am doing my
best to find out exactly what is going on, thanks for your patience
guys.

Server still down 11/05/2012
Hi all I am still waiting for our dater centre to get back to me, for some reason support is being very slow on this occasion, all I can do is apologise for the downtime, will update as soon as possible.

We appear to have a total server outage the cause is yet unknown as I am waiting for data centre tio get back to me .. please be patient all should be fixed soon.
